While at Circle K paying for gas, my buddy Boogie noticed an elderly woman struggling to climb the curb.

Worried she wouldn’t make it, he held the door for her. But just as he turned back, he saw her starting to fall off the curb.

Without hesitation, he acted as if she were his own grandma, catching her gently in his arms and helping her safely back onto her feet.

Boogie truly made a difference. The 89-year-old woman looked him in the eyes, trembling, and said, “You’re a blessing! I never had a son, but I know I’ve got one now!” She thanked him for saving her life—and her hospital bill.

Racism only has power when we allow it. Let’s choose to spread love!
