The first was Mila Kunis,they started dating in 2002 when Mila was 18 and the Home Alone star was 21. Mila wasn’t Macaulay’s first love but they had a lot in common. Both had risen to fame at a young age and were wary of the media spotlight. Mila recalls that Macaulay was an amazing cook and would make dinner almost everyday. They had a low-key relationship but still became one of the cutest couples at the time. As Mila’s star power grew, Macaulay gradually disappeared from Hollywood. In 2021,they had their first Son and got engaged less than a year later. Now at 44, Macaulay is the father of two Sons . He’s deeply find of the family life and feels as though his childhood wounds have finally healed.
