“I was on my way back from my son’s track meet in Minnesota when I got a flat tire on an interstate in Iowa.”

“I tried to get roadside assistance using my Allstate app (because I don’t know how to change a flat tire), but I couldn’t get a signal because of where we were in Iowa. I was messing with my phone, and instead of using the app, I thought I’d just call Allstate (which takes longer). I thought it would take a few hours for them to get to me, when my son suddenly says, ‘Someone is here.’
A guy, dressed in Iowa Hawkeyes gear, appeared out of nowhere and said, ‘Can I help you?’
To make a long story short, his name is Zach Twedt, a football player for the Iowa Hawkeyes. I just want to thank him for being so kind and helping a stranger who needed to get her kids home safely. He could’ve just kept driving, but he didn’t! What a great guy! I hope God rewards him for his kindness today!”
