I went into Walmart, and when I came back out, my door lock was frozen

I went into Walmart, and when I came back out, my door lock was frozen. I went into Home Depot hoping they might have some hot water to help me unlock the door. But the lady there didn’t want me to use hot water because she was worried it might freeze again. Then, a man who worked there said they had a defroster for my door. Not only did he go get it for me, but he also bought it for me.

That’s not all. The lady in the picture saw my 2-year-old daughter getting restless, so she came over and started talking to her. She even tried to warm up my daughter’s little fingers. She also asked if my daughter would like to help ring up some items, which my daughter loved!

This is what I call GREAT customer service. There are still kind people in the world! From a thankful mom. She really made my day so much easier in that moment.
