My 18-year-old daughter went to Starbucks by herself the other night. While she was there, a man came up to her and started talking.
Then, a barista gave her “an extra hot chocolate that someone left behind.”
I am so thankful for people who step in to help others.
Just to be safe, my daughter didn’t take the lid off, but she let the staff know. She told me the whole Starbucks team kept an eye on her for the rest of her visit, making sure she was okay.
