Batman has a history of disliking Green Lanterns:

John Stewart explained it. But it actually came from Batman distrusting him after Hal turned into Parallax.
The one he absolutely couldn’t stand homever was:
Guy Gardner. Not that he was alone in this. A lot of heroes hate Guy. It’s just his attitude.
As for the villains,I am not sure Batman respects them. Most of them he doesn’t underestimate and deals with appropriately. He may respect someone like Ra’s as a dangerous opponent or Bane…..but I believe there is one who usually moves closer to respect than others:
Batman feels sorry for Victor Fries. Not that he pities him,he symphatizes with his loss and Victor’s drive to fight for who he loves. Batman can respect that. He will always stop Freeze when he goes off the rails but he will always try to help him with his wife.
